LUCERNE, Calif. – The California Environmental Justice Coalition for Water (EJCW) will present a film and discussion on Saturday, May 16.
The movie will be shown from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center, 3985 Country Club Drive.
The film, "Thirsty for Justice," will feature how California communities have come together around the human right to clean, affordable water.
Sponsoring organizations attending include Lucerne Friends of Locally Owned Water, KPFZ Community Radio and Lake CRE.
Grassroots training in community organization skills also will be provided by EJCW.
Refreshments will be served. Please come and meet other local concerned citizens.
