LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lake County Public Works Department said that a bridge replacement project is about to get under way on Hendricks Road near Lakeport.

Effective Sept. 9, and continuing through Oct. 30, the Hendricks Road bridge will be closed to all traffic while the bridge replacement takes place, according to Public Works.

The closure will be in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Public Works reported.

The agency thanks community members in advance for their patience and understanding as the project takes place.
