LAKEPORT, Calif. – Work is progressing on a US Department of Agriculture-funded sewer and storm drain improvement project along Main Street in Lakeport.

This week the work has moved toward 11th Street, where the southbound lane will be closed to traffic and detoured away from Main Street. Northbound traffic will not be detoured.

The work is expected to take two to four days.

Further street closures will be posted as work on this section is completed and the project moves forward.
