COBB, Calif. – A special community forum on the Boggs Mountain Demonstration State Forest will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 23.

The meeting will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Cobb Elementary School multi-use room, 15895 Highway 175.

Forest Manager Nick Kent and Cal Fire Entomologist Don Owen will discuss the current forest conditions at Boggs Mountain brought on by the current drought, and the management activities planned to improve forest health.

A question and answer session will follow.
