The group will meet at 6 p.m. at the Lake County Office of Education, 1152 S. Main St. in Lakeport.

Business items include the minutes of the June 12 meeting, a presentation by Phil Harris and Tim Barnes regarding a proposed new local program, a discussion with Clearlake City Finance Director Chris Becnel and the consideration of the adoption of bylaws.

There also will be reports from the interim station manager and the chairman.

The board includes Chair Ed Robey and members Nick Bennett, Rev. Dave Thompson, Brock Falkenberg and Eric Hoefler.
