LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lake County Fair Board will meet on Monday, July 24.
The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. at the fairgrounds administration office, 401 Martin St., Lakeport.

Action items include selection of the volunteer of the year, and delegation of authority to sign the long-term contracts with Brass Ring Amusements and Paradis Skate Inc.

There also will be updates on the Lake County Fair, which takes place from Aug. 31 to Sept. 3.

The fair board's membership include Janeane Bogner, Steven Brown, Marcia Chauvin, James Cochrane, Katherine McDowell, Annette Hopkins, Jerry McQueen and Monica Rosenthal.
