LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Starting Tuesday, September 12th you will notice an exciting addition to the Boards agenda: “Human Resources - Current County Job Openings.”

Human Resources will be presenting all current job openings at the county of Lake.

This is also an opportunity for selected department heads to feature specific job openings in their offices.

The county of Lake is composed of 26 departments employing a total of approximately 1,000 employees.

There also are opportunities for volunteers and internships.

The county offers competitive wages, excellent benefits and endless opportunities to engage with the public, and help friends, family and neighbors thrive in their lives, whether it’s being a part of someone opening a new business, getting married, building a new home, or receiving the treatment or assistance they need to fulfill their life.

In addition, Human Resources will be hosting a job fair in the county courthouse lobby, 255 N. Forbes St. in Lakeport, on Monday, Sept. 18, between 4 to 6:30 p.m.
