LAKE COUNTY, Calif, — This online news agency has launched a new calendar to improve reader usability.

New features include a simplified event entry dialogue, mapping to make it easier to quickly identify event locations, the ability to import calendar events into personal Google or Outlook calendars, download or print calendar entries or email to friends.

In order to use the calendar users must be registered on the site and logged in.
