Senior center hosts ‘Coffee and Conversation’ Nov. 29

UPPER LAKE, Calif. – The Upper Lake Senior Center on the corner of Main and Mendenhall Road is pleased to announce the speaker at its “Coffee and Conversation” event, which is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29.

The speaker is Gene Paleno, a local author and publisher.

Paleno has been writing for the last half of his life. He is an entertainer who keeps his beautiful mind young and active, and he is very involved in the community in which he lives

He has had many occupations and several professions. He worked in marketing and management in the aerospace and products industry.

Popular is a popular columnist and has written three very successful books. His books and columns are sure to amuse and warm the hearts of the readers.

He helps youth and older adults, and writes about people and animals he has known during the fifty years as a farmer in Lake County.

His major release is “Lake County History,” which contains 100 true stories in chronological order about Lake County’s growth and development.

Please come and be a part of this presentation and be able to join in with questions.
