KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – A local crafting group is inviting community members to join its monthly activities.

"Simply Crafters" meets each month in Friendship Hall at the Kelseyville Presbyterian Church, located at Third and Church streets.

Dates for the new year confirmed so far are Jan. 11 and 12, Feb. 8 and 9, March 8 and 9, April 12 and 13, May 10 and 11, and June 7 and 8.

The group will be there from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each of those days.

Anyone who needs plenty of table space, great lighting and likes to visit with other crafters is welcome.

They have scrapbookers, card makers, mix media artists, knitters, bead-workers, cross-stitchers and a seamstress.

They ask for $10 to help with rent.

Bring your project supplies and join them.
