LUCERNE, Calif. – The Lucerne Alpine Senior Center has released its lunch menu for the month of January.

The center serves lunch every weekday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The suggested donation is $4 for seniors age 60 and over, and $5 for general admission.

The January menu is listed below.

– Monday, Jan. 1: Closed for New Year’s.
– Tuesday, Jan. 2: Hot dogs, corn bun, cranberries.
– Wednesday, Jan. 3: Stir fry, fried rice, red pepper, broccoli, oranges.
– Thursday, Jan. 4: Cabbage rolls, hamburger, rice, apricots.
– Friday, Jan. 5: Spaghetti, meat sauce, peas, french roll, pears.
– Monday, Jan. 8: Roast pork, spinach, wheat roll, cranberries.
– Tuesday, Jan. 9: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, bread roll, mixed fruit.
– Wednesday, Jan. 10: Hamburger, corn bun, peaches.
– Thursday, Jan. 11: Beef stew, green beans, wheat roll, mixed fruit.
– Friday, Jan. 12: Pork fried rice, broccoli, pears (high sodium meal).
– Monday, Jan. 15: Turkey, gravy, stuffing, peas, mixed fruit.
– Tuesday, Jan. 16: Beef tacos, salsa, tortillas, apricots.
– Wednesday, Jan. 17: Citrus chicken, rice, spinach, pineapple.
– Thursday, Jan. 18: Pork Colorado, rice, corn, mixed fruit.
– Friday, Jan. 19: Fish, French fries, peas, mixed fruit.
– Monday, Jan. 22: Turkey Tetrazzini, winter squash, wheat roll, mixed fruit.
– Tuesday, Jan. 23: Sweet and sour chicken, rice, spinach, bread roll, mixed fruit.
– Wednesday, Jan. 24: Tamale pie, hamburger, rice, corn, peaches.
– Thursday, Jan. 25: Baked chicken, rice, broccoli, pears.
– Friday, Jan. 26: Egg base, spinach, cheese, squash, wheat roll, mixed fruit.
– Monday, Jan. 29: Meatball boats, green beans, wheat roll, cranberries.
– Tuesday, Jan. 30: Pasta bake, hamburger, squash, french roll, mixed fruit.
– Wednesday, Jan. 31: Ham, white beans, corn, cornbread, apricots.
