KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Attorney Dennis A. Fordham, State Bar Certified Specialist, will sponsor a free educational seminar titled, “Why a trust and not a will?" on Friday, Feb. 16.

The seminar will begin at 3 p.m. at Fordham’s office, located at 870 S. Main St., Lakeport.
