NORTH COAST, Calif. – Caltrans reports that the following road projects will be taking place around the North Coast during the coming week.

No Lake County projects are listed this week. Included are Mendocino County projects that may impact Lake County commuters.

MENDOCINO COUNTY

Highway 1

– Emergency slide repairs at 1 mile South Mill Bank Resort will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 24 hours a day. Motorist should anticipate five-minute delays.

Highway 20

– Routine maintenance at James Creek and Three Chop Road will occur Friday, Feb. 23. One-way traffic control will be in effect 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

– Guardrail work at Broaddus Creek Bridge will start on Monday, Feb. 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

– Guardrail work at North Capella Overcrossing Bridge will start on Monday, Feb. 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

Highway 101

– Guardrail work at 0.50 mile south of Commisky Station Viaduct to 1 mile north of Comminsky Station Road will be end Friday, Feb. 23. Lane restrictions will be in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.

– Slide repairs from Commisky Station Road to the Pieta Creek Bridge will continue. Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane 24 hours a day. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.

– Routine maintenance near Frog Woman Rock will continue. Northbound traffic will be restricted to one lane 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.

– Guardrail work at Crawford Creek Bridge will be begin Monday, Feb. 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

– Guardrail work at Route 253 will be begin Monday, Feb. 26. Lane restrictions will be in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.

– Emergency wildfire repairs at Ridgewood Ranch Road will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 24 hours a day weekdays. Motorist should anticipate 15-minute delays.

– Guardrail work at Route 271 to Reynolds will end Friday, Feb. 23. Lane restrictions will be in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.

– Guardrail work at Private Road will be begin Monday, Feb. 26. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

– Emergency slide repairs at Piercy will continue. Lane restrictions will be in effect 24 hours a day. Motorist should minor traffic slowdowns.

Highway 128

– Emergency work at Beebe Creek Bridge to Big Oaks Drive will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

Highway 162

– Wall work at The Middle Way will continue. One-way traffic control with a temporary stop signs will be in effect 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Motorists should anticipate five-minute delays.

Highway 175

– Emergency storm damage repairs at various locations from 1.7 miles east of Buckman Drive to the Lake/Mendocino County line will continue. One-way traffic control with a temporary traffic signal will be in effect 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

The Caltrans Traffic Operations Office has reviewed each project and determined that individual project delays are expected to be less than the statewide policy maximum of 30 minutes, unless noted otherwise above.
