Eagle Scout candidate completes project at Lakeport Library

LAKEPORT, Calif. – An Eagle Scout candidate’s project has helped improve a local library.

Quintin Scott from Boy Scout Troop 39 in Lakeport, chose refurbishing the patio at Lakeport Library as his Eagle Scout project.

On May 19, Scott and his crew pulled weeds, placed bark in the landscape area, planted star jasmine and lavender, and painted the fence.
