Lake County Republican Women Federated to host McCully July 11

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Lake County Republicans were honored by his presence at their March Reagan Day Celebration and now he will return to Lake County Republican Women Federated luncheon meeting on July 11.

Who? The man who has protected presidents, Jim McCully.

The luncheon meeting will be Wednesday, July 11, at 11:15 a.m. at the Riviera Hills Restaurant, 10200 Fairway Dr., Kelseyville.

McCully now represents California's Republican Northwest Region, of which Lake County is a part.

He is a veteran with a 40-year law enforcement career at the local, county and federal level including defense criminal investigator and special agent with the US Secret Service.

McCully believes in getting involved. Problems can only be corrected by putting new faces in old places occupied by too many for too long.

As a participant and an observer, McCully will speak of the past, what is happening now and what our future holds for us if we do not take action now.

Can McCully be trusted? He held top secret security and atomic energy compartmentalized clearances in the US Navy/ US Army, US Department of Justice, Treasury and Labor.

Space does not allow a complete listing of this man's credentials, but in his long career serving our country, during his time as Secret Service agent, he protected presidents and met with princes. This is an opportunity to learn a great deal about the workings of our country.

Call 707-994-3305 by July 6 to place your reservation for the luncheon meeting.

Leona M. Butts is publicity chair for the Lake County Republican Women Federated.
