How to resolve AdBlock issue? LAKEPORT, Calif. -- Grillin’ on the Green organizers offer thanks to sponsors and participants after the cancellation of the 2018 BBQ Cook-Off due to the fires.
In a written statement, organizer Dennis Rollins said "we offer a big THANK YOU for your support to all of the sponsors, grillers and everyone who planned to attend. We’ll see you next year on August 3rd."
The event was to be held at Westside Community Park August 4, 2018, but had to be canceled during the largest wildfire in state history. 
According to Rollins, Grillin' on the Green will return in 2019 on August 3rd.
