LAKEPORT, Calif. – The First 5 Lake Commission will hold its next regular meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. at the Lake County Department of Social Services, 14092 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

Items on the agenda include introductions and Children’s Champions nominations, Executive Director Carla Ritz’s report, presentation of the 2017-18 Annual Evaluation Report, and the strategic planning update and discussion.

There also will be a program update on AmeriCorps and approval of its revised 2018-19 budget, and commissioners’ reports.

The commission includes Chair Pam Klier, Vice Chair Denise Pomeroy, Brock Falkenberg, Tina Scott, Crystal Markytan, Susan Jen, Carly Swatosh and Allison Panella.
