UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Road work to replace culverts on Forest Road 16N26 (known as the Hunter Point Road) northwest of Upper Lake on the Mendocino National Forest will begin Monday, Oct. 22.
The road will be closed for traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 23 to 25 except for emergency access.
Residents can expect 15 minute delays during other construction times.
The maintenance equipment will be staged at the Middle Creek campground.
Please drive with caution when traveling north on M1 from Upper Lake to the campground.
