CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, Nov. 19, to discuss a property sale.

The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

The council will discuss the sale of a home at 3980 Eureka Ave.

The staff report explains that the city had approved a first-time homebuyers loan for the property through a program funded by Community Development Block Grant funds.

The city foreclosed on the property earlier and now has a purchase offer for it.

The council will consider approving a resolution to allow City Manager Greg Folsom to move forward with finalizing the sale.
