LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Ladies of the Lakeport Women's Civic Club had themselves a fine time this last Friday at the Riviera Golf and Country Club Restaurant where they hold their monthly general meetings.

More than 60 of them attend the luncheon/meeting at Riviera Golf and Country Club on the first Friday of every month to discuss things like their recent Holiday Craft Fair at the Presbyterian Church of Kelseyville and their upcoming 26th annual Mad Hatter's Ball to be held at the new Konocti Vista Casino on April 27. A big thank you to Jackie Morgan for heading that up.

And a big thank you to Alice Nihil, Lakeport Women's Civic Club vice president, in charge of our monthly speakers and entertainment, who arranged for Howard Dokken, a most talented local musician, to perform for our Christmas gathering.

The ladies were not bashful about taking advantage of the spacious dance floor!
