Taylor Observatory to open for Jan. 20 lunar eclipse

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – The Friends of the Taylor Observatory will host a viewing of the lunar eclipse on Sunday, Jan. 20.

The observatory will be open from 7:30 to 11 p.m.

The eclipse is expected to peak at about 9:15 p.m.

If it’s cloudy, the planetarium will be open for a show.

This is a free event.

The Taylor Observatory is located at 5725 Oak Hills Lane, Kelseyville.
