KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Taylor Observatory will host its monthly “Window to the Universe” program on Saturday, Jan. 26.
The program will take place from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the observatory, 5725 Oak Hills Lane, Kelseyville.
At 7:30 p.m., David Velasquez of the Friends of the Taylor Observatory will discuss NASA solar system missions, followed by an update on the Lake County Dark Sky Initiative with Bill Haddon, president of the Friends of the Taylor Observatory.
At 8:30 p.m., there will be a full dome show and the January night sky presentation with Eduardo Alatorre.
From 9 to 10:30 p.m., there will be telescope viewing – if the weather cooperates – from the Nieman Star Deck. Dress warmly.
