NORTH COAST, Calif. – Caltrans reported that Highway 175-Hopland will be fully reopened on Wednesday, March 27, thanks to construction on the roadway being completed ahead of schedule.

A full closure of the highway from 5.6 miles east of US Highway 101 to Mathews Road in Lake County had taken place on Monday and Tuesday.

The closure was necessary for an oversized specialized crane to help install piles for a retaining wall project.
