CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The First 5 Lake Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 10.

The meeting will start at 2 p.m. at the Department of Social Services, 14092 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake.

Agenda items include the following: review and approval of First 5 Lake’s 2019-20 Annual Budget and Long-Range Financial Plan; an update on the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan; review of a request for qualifications for an independent CPA to perform the annual audit; and an update from Lake County Office of Education staff on the Bloom and Imagination Library Programs, partially funded by First 5 Lake.

Regular items on the agenda include approval of previous meeting minutes, approval of financial reports, executive director’s report as well as reports from the commissioners and time for public comment and announcements.

All who are interested in the wellbeing of young children and their families are welcome to attend.
