LAKEPORT, Calif. – The 2019 Memorial Day Parade on Main Street in Lakeport takes place at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 25.

This year’s theme is “America Strong.”

The annual parade is produced this year by the Lake County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Lakeport Main Street Association.

Parade lineup begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 401 Martin St., and entries are asked to have participants carpool as there is extremely limited parking at the grounds.

The familiar voice of Paul Reading, who has been the parade announcer for many years, is returning again this year.
