CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Code Enforcement Department is hosting a free vehicle amnesty event for city residents on Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at 6828 Old Highway 53, west of the intersection of Highway 53 and 18th Avenue.

Dispose of your inoperative or junk vehicles free of charge. No RVs, travel trailers or vessels accepted.

Vehicles must not contain trash. Residents must show proof of residency and be the vehicle’s owner.
