
KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Treat your dad and the whole family to the third annual Lake County Beer, Wine & Swine Baconfest on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16.
The event – which will be bigger and takes up three blocks of Main Street in Kelseyville – will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Enjoy delicious treats made from bacon and stand behind your favorite local chef, cook or caterer as they compete for the coveted bacon master and peoples choice awards.
Fifteen cooks from all over Lake County will be competing this year including:
– From Lakeport: Fresh & Bangin Eatery, Park Place, The Yard, O’Meara Bros, Juicy’s Pizza and Lake Events Design & Party Rental.
– From Kelseyville: The Saw Shop, Rosey Cooks, Bings Kitchen.
– From Middletown: Twin Pine Casino.
– From Hidden Valley Lake: Dirty Girl Donuts.
– From Clearlake: The Boars Breath Bar Grill & Smoker, and the Culinary Arts School from Woodland Community College-Lake County Campus.
– From Nice: Wingz N Tings.
– From Upper Lake: Running Creek Casino.
There will be incredible craft breweries there including Kelsey Creek Brewery, O’Meara Bro’s, Cloverdale Ale Co., Moylan’s Brewery and Off the Rails Brewery. The Malt Konocti Mashers will be present with Kelsey Creek Brewery presenting a collaboration ale that was made at the Brewery.
Wineries will include Smiling Dog Ranch, Langtry Estates & Vineyards, Steele Winery and R Vineyards.
Dave Broida and Blues Farm will provide music, with Chase The Entertainer Magic Show performing between music sets.
There will be lots of home craft vendors, face-painting and booths for the children, and a raffle for a Traeger grill provided by Kelseyville Lumber.
