LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The Lake County Office of Education AmeriCorps and Clearlake Youth Center are hosting the Youth Summer Program for students ages 8 years and up.

Children can have a great time at the Clearlake Youth Center this summer learning fun things with other youth and the amazing Lake County AmerCorps coaches.

They will offer continued learning reading and math, enrichment and exploration activities, games and sports, and percussion ensemble (drumming).

The free program takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 24 through Aug. 2 at the Clearlake Youth Center, 4750 Golf Ave.

Breakfast and lunch are included.

The registration deadline is June 21.
