MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The American Civil War Association will present a two-day reenactment in Middletown in September.

The educational nonprofit group will hold the event on Saturday, Sept. 28, and Sunday, Sept. 29, at the Middletown Mansion, 20650 Highway 29.

The event is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Battle times on Saturday will be 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.; on Sunday, battles will take place at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

There also will be a dance on Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m.

The cost each day is $12 per vehicle.
