CLEARLAKE OAKS, Calif. – The community is invited to attend a briefing about Pacific Gas and Electric’s Public Safety Power Shutoff Program.
Hosted by the Clearlake Oaks-Glenhaven Business Association, the meeting is on Thursday, Aug. 22, at 6 p.m. at the Live Oak Senior Center located on 12502 Foothill Blvd. in Clearlake Oaks.
The purpose of the meeting is to offer the residents of Spring Valley, Clearlake Oaks, Glenhaven and nearby communities an opportunity to receive the latest information available on the status of the PG&E fire prevention program and related issues.
Lake County Sheriff Brian Martin, Northshore Fire Chief Mike Ciancio and a PG&E representative will provide information and answer questions.
According to information on the PG&E website, if you live anywhere in the PG&E’s service area your electricity could be shut off for long periods.
