CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The city of Clearlake Marketing Committee will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 21.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

Items on the agenda include an update on a digital reputation audit led by Committee member David Claffey with possible direction to staff, a continued discussion on façade improvements for vacant buildings on Lakeshore Drive, an update from City Manager Alan Flora on proposed signs for Highlands Park and Austin Park, a proposal by Supervisor Bruno Sabatier on a bass sculpture as well as discussion of upcoming events, including the soapbox derby, State of the City, Dia De Los Muertos, City Hall-oween, the annual city photo contest and other events.

Committee members include City Councilman Dirk Slooten, Councilwoman Joyce Overton, at-large member Stephanie Codling, a Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce representative and public member David Claffey.
