Lake County Republican Central Committee reveals fall program

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Lani Urquiza, chair of the Lake County Republican Central Committee, reported that the group has a heavy fall schedule.

Look for the group’s booth at the Lake County Fair where you will find information on current legislation, have your voter registration questions answered and get that much needed information on candidates.

There will be opportunity drawings, wheel of education game with free prizes. Their booth will be a great place to learn what the RCC is doing for Lake County and have a well rounded conversation.

The Republican Central Committee calls attention to SB 27, sponsored by State Sen. Mike McGuire, calling for President Trump to reveal his last five years of tax returns.

The California Republican Party and Trump Administration have filed a lawsuit based on the belief that “the Constitution sets forth the qualifications for all federal offices … and in term limits cases, states have no right to impose additional qualifications.”

The committee emphasizes that citizens can write articles and also contact Sen. McGuire, letting him know he’s not upholding the Constitution.

The Republican Central Committee will be present at a fun and informative day on Sept. 21 from noon to 6 p.m.

Matt Nelson, candidate for State Assembly District 4, invites all to 15299 Central Park Road, Middletown. There is no admission fee, a barbecue, pony rides, horseshoe tournaments, bounce house, corn dogs, music and special speakers. Watch for more information on Matt Nelson Day.
