KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Kelseyville Elementary PTO invites community members to its annual “Reading with Santa” event on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The event will take place at Kelseyville Elementary School, 5056 Konocti Road.

A pancake breakfast will be $5 a plate. That includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and a drink.

Come early as breakfast sells out quickly. Breakfast will be cooked and served by the Kelseyville Fire Department.

The group said it is overjoyed with the support from teachers, parents, students and local businesses that have donated for the silent auction.

Each class, kindergarten through fifth grade, has put together a basket for guests to bid on. Not only does this support the Kelseyville Elementary PTO but the class basket that raises the most money will get a holiday party hosted by PTO.

After you fill up on pancakes, check out the silent auction and stop by the boutique, don’t forget to get your picture taken with Santa for $5 per family. He is coming to visit from 9 a.m. to noon. Cash, check and credit cards accepted.
