UPPER LAKE, Calif. – The Upper Lake Senior Center will host "Coffee & Conversation" on Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The guest speaker will be Monica Vanoven from North Coast Opportunities.

Vanoven will present opportunities to get involved, including how to help during a disaster and the Foster Grandparent program, to name a few.

NCO has a vast list of areas where one can volunteer and receive the gift of being appreciated.

A luncheon will follow the discussion.
