The class will take place on four consecutive Mondays – March 16, 23 and 30, and April 6 – at A Positive Light meditation center, 6470 Kelsey Creek Drive in Kelseyville.
The classes start at 7 p.m. and last 90 minutes.
Classes are offered on a donation basis. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Designed as an introductory course to both beginning and seasoned mindfulness practitioners, it offers easy to learn, yet powerful tools to create more happiness and a better quality of life.

The class is taught by Joanie Lane, a practicing meditator for more than 30 years and a teacher of meditation for 10 years.
She is a continuing student of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, two deeply respected teachers in contemplative practices.
