SACRAMENTO — How do truckers get a hot meal when most of the restaurants are closed or are only offering curbside or drive-through service?

You temporarily allow food trucks to serve food at rest areas.

In this video, Caltrans take you you to a rest area near Willows where one of the food trucks is providing meals to truckers as they haul essential supplies around California.
