LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Charitable organizations have worked hard this holiday season to serve those in need.

The Konocti Lioness Club partnered with the philanthropic organization Dream of a New World bringing holiday cheer to numerous Lake County Lake County families and women and children staying at the Lake Family Resource Center’s domestic violence shelter.

Club members Paddy Ench, Clare Tenge, Sharon Higgins, Anna Hess and Debbie Kellner delivered food, toys and warm blankets and clothing to families.

Janine Smith-Citron is a member of the Konocti Lioness Club.
