LAKEPORT, Calif. — Delta Iota Tau, a Lake County Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, would like to thank Lake County residents for their continued support by buying See’s Candies all year through North Lake Medical Pharmacy located in the Bruno’s Shop Smart Center on Lakeport Boulevard.

The profits raised through these sales enables Delta Iota Tau to make a variety of community donations all year long.

All monies raised are donated to Lake County residents and organizations only.

On Friday, Aug. 23, they were able to donate $1,000 to the Joy Medeiros Veterans Museum in Lakeport.

All of the veteran displays have been donations of family members of veterans from Lake County.

The museum acts as a sponsorship of veterans events, conducts tours and educational outreach.

It operates as a 501(c)3 nonprofit and accepts donations of any size. They have outgrown the existing facility and have embarked on a fundraising program to help fund and facilitate a transition into a larger facility.

For more information, please contact Dave Waldschmitt at 707-245-4736.

The museum, located at 857 11th St. in Lakeport, telephone 707-264-9194. It is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
