LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — As part of its English as a Second Language Program, the Lake County Library’s Literacy Program will begin offering a free weekly English as a Second Language, or ESL, Conversation Club at its Lakeport branch for community members to practice English with their peers in a small group setting. 

Sign-ups are not necessary, drop-ins are welcome and the meetings are free of charge.

The new weekly ESL Conversation Club is offered at the Lakeport Library, located at 1425 N. High St. in Lakeport, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays.
