Registrar of Voters Office plans computer and software tests for Nov. 4 election

LAKEPORT, Calif. — The Lake County Registrar of Voters Office is planning computer and software tests as part of preparing for the upcoming general election.

The agency said that, pursuant to election law, a logic and accuracy test will be conducted for the ballot tabulation computer and software to be used for the Nov. 4 Statewide Special Election. 

This test will run on Friday, Oct. 3, at 9 a.m. in the Registrar of Voters Office, 325 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.

All interested persons are invited to observe this test.
