There is a need for blood, so if you are 18 years of age or older, over 120 pounds, in good health and can spare 30 minutes every three months, please find a place to donate blood.
It's time to make a difference, it's time to help those who need it most.
For more information on blood drives in your area go to www.bbr.org.

Frankly I am disgusted with the whole process as it has become. Did not one have vision? Could they not see the China issues? Their growth? Their consumption?
It was everywhere to see. Both Democrats and Republicans are responsible. I see both as two opposing teams focused only on being the winning team. Don't think about us, the taxpayer.

A special thank you to Chris Buehnerkemper and team for help with youth, and also Rubi Medina for the hair cuts which were donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, as well as all the adults and children who gave their hair for such a great cause. Also to Clearlake High School for giving us use of their field.
Thanks so much for making 2008 Relay great. Come join us next year and remember to CELEBRATE, REMEMBER AND FIGHT BACK.
