LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — Jesse Alen Cowan was born on June 24, 1987, to Rebekah (Cowan) Sharp in Ukiah, California.

Over the years, Jesse had various jobs including bartending, security, appliance installation, and his most recent job as a maintenance technician. He loved working with his hands.

On Monday, Sept. 30, 2024, Jesse unexpectedly departed this life at the early age of 37. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Tiffany, the mother of his youngest son, Jamahl Cowan; his daughter, Adrianna and son, Damian Cowan and their mother, Sylvia; his parents, Rebekah and Gregory Sharp; his grandparents, Pamela Landrum and Perry Cowan; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends; and his puppy, Rainey.

Jesse was a loving and faithful father to his three children and he loved them with all of his heart and soul. He was a loyal friend who was always there for you in time of need, no questions asked. He had a way of seeing the best in everyone. He was a peacemaker and an overcomer with a heart of gold. He could light up a room with his smile and laughter.

Jesse loved spending quality time with his family and friends. It was very important to him and brought him peace and happiness. He loved our family camping trips, fishing, kayaking, riding his motorcycle and he had a great talent for making music and videos. The ocean and forest were his favorite places to spend time.

He was a hardworking man and loved unconditionally. His parents couldn’t be more proud of him.

Jesse loved Jesus. We know he is in heaven watching over us. He will be forever deeply missed in our lives. There is a huge empty space without him here. He is forever with us in our hearts and souls. Until we see him again.
