Angela Aline Ramos passed away Nov. 8, 2025, with her beloved husband and family by her side. 

She was born May 12, 1954, in Yreka, California, to Lester Lee Alford Sr. and Elda Louise Hall.  

Angela is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard Ramos; children, Richard Genaro Ramos (Theresa Ramos) and Consuelo Ramos; grandchildren, Jacqueline Cardona (Alfredo), Jake Pickens (Claudia), Jocelynn Pickens, Natasha Haskell Cummings, Rachel Haskell, Travis Ramos and Genaro Ramos; great-grandchildren, Leonardo Cardona and Mariana Cardona; and siblings, Kathy Lozano, Gary Alford, Terry Alford and Gregory Alford.

A memorial service will be held at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary in Lakeport on Friday, Nov. 14, at 1 p.m.
