Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Jaime Garnica Rojas, quien nos dejó el 27 de Noviembre de 2025 a la edad de 59 años.

Fue un amado hijo de José Garnica Rodríguez y Josefa Rojas Hernández, y hermano de José Guadalupe Garnica Rojas y Maria De Carmen Garnica Rojas.

Fue un gran esposo de María Estela Marín Garnica, y un padre devoto de Manuel Zárate Marín, José Garnica Marín y Yessica Garnica Marín.

Dedicó su vida al trabajo en la agricultura. Uno de sus momentos favoritos del año era la temporada de pisca, cuando operaba la cosechadora. Entre sus pasatiempos se encontraba mantenerse ocupado incluso en sus días libres haciendo trabajos extra, y cuando estaba en casa, disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia y sus nietos.

El era un hombre leal, siempre se podía contar con él para hacer el trabajo. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a tender la mano, poseía el sentido del humor más divertido y la mejor personalidad.

Aunque no esperábamos que su partida sucediera tan pronto, entendemos que esto estuvo en las manos de Dios, y ahora descansa en paz. Estuvo cuidado por su familia a su lado en todo momento.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jaime Garnica Rojas, who left us on Nov. 27, 2025 at the age of 59.

A beloved son to Jose Garnica Rodriguez and Josefa Rojas Hernandez, a brother to Jose Guadalupe Garnica Rojas and Maria De Carmen Garnica Rojas. 

A great husband to Maria Estela Marin Garnica, A devoted father to Manuel Zarate Marin, Jose Garnica Marin, and Yessica Garnica Marin. 

He dedicated his life to working in agriculture. One of his favorite times of the year is harvest season, when he drives the harvester. 

His hobbies included staying busy even on days off doing side jobs and when he was home he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. 

He was a loyal man, you could always count on him to get the job done. He was always willing to lend a hand, he had the funniest sense of humor and the best personality.

Although we didn’t expect his passing to happen so soon we understand that this was in God's hands and he is now resting peacefully and was taken care of with his family by his side at all times. 

Visitation will be held at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025 from 5 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 11 a.m.
