LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Rockney August Luciani died on June 19, 2015, after battling chronic illness for many years.
He was born on Feb. 17, 1954, in Healdsburg, Calif., to Eugene and Olga Luciani.
He lived in Sonoma County for most of his life, working as a plumber and then as a surprisingly talented cosmetologist until relocating in Lake County in 2006.
He was a dedicated father with a profound sense of spirituality and a wacky sense of humor.
Rocky, as he was called, was predeceased by his father, Eugene; and his sister, Pamela.
He is survived by his mother, Olga; his sister, Linda; and his brother, Rodney. But his heart will always belong to his two beautiful daughters, Hillary Dewitte and Talya Luciani. He will be with them always.
We know that you stayed with us as long as you could, Rocky. You fought the good fight and it’s time for you to rest now. May you find peace.
