UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Services have been set in late May for Tamara Lisa Newby.
She ascended quietly and swiftly to her heavenly home on March 31, 2019.
Known to her infinite number of friends by countless nicknames, Tamara brought many smiles and great support to those who knew her. Her personality, caring nature and giving heart were larger than this life could contain.
Her family invites you to come by the United Methodist Church in Upper Lake, 604 Clover Valley Road, across from Upper Lake High School, on Saturday, May 25, anytime between 11:20 a.m. and 3:31 p.m. ( a wink and a nod to Tamara's date of birth and date of passing).
Wear your sports attire, favorite band t-shirt, shorts and "loud" Hawaiian summer prints, and casually share a memory, a hug, a tear, a laugh and some dessert.
To honor Tamara's wishes, brief and fitting, formal words and her chosen songs will be shared beginning at 1 p.m.
Arrangements by Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary, 707-263-0357 or 707-994-5611 or visit www.chapelofthelakes.com.
