Kelseyville Presbyterian Church to sell pear shakes and pear bread, hold parking fundraiser

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. — Kelseyville Presbyterian Church will offer pear shakes, pear bread and a parking fundraiser during this weekend’s Pear Festival.

The Pear Festival will take place in downtown Kelseyville from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

The shakes will cost $5 each.

Also available for purchase will be pear bread — for $8 or $10 per loaf, depending on size — and bottled water and coffee for $1.

The church also will hold a parking fundraiser. Parking will be available in its parking lot for $10 per vehicle. The parking area will be monitored throughout the day by attendants.

Proceeds from the shakes and parking will be used for church projects to benefit the community, including the expansion of the church’s food pantry.

Drop by the church and find a spot to cool off, delicious treats and friendly company.

Kelseyville Presbyterian Church is located at 4021 Church St., at the corner of Third and Church streets, one block off of Main Street.
