NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on RZ 09-08, proposing a rezone from “APZ” Agricultural Preserve to “RL” Rural Lands. The project applicant is Kathryn Faloon. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-38.
