NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Variance 10-03 of Scott Griffen to allow a granny unit with a reduced front yard setback of 31 feet from the improved edge of Panorama Road and one foot from the edge of the Panorama Road easement on property located at 5150 Panorama Road, Lower Lake, APN 010-033-05.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on January 13, 2011 at 9:05 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.


If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
