NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 07-40 in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback from the top of bank on Kelsey Creek by 25 feet from 30 to 5 for the purpose of constructing a miniature golf course in addition to the importation of 4000 yards of dirt to fill abandoned stock ponds.  The project applicant is Brian Barnhart.  The Zoning Administrator will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-57.  The project is located at 14117 Bottle Rock Road, Cobb, and further described as APNs 011-039-04 & 36.   The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., October 19, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 24, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3^rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
